Applied DNA Sciences deploys proprietary DNA based technologies for the purpose of counterfeit prevention.
IPS architected The Hyper-Spectral Camera, a multi-sensor, multi-spectral imaging device that reads the presence of each unique DNA/Fluorophore marker. The unit’s FPGA acquires data from 9 cameras and forwards it to a PC for processing. The effort included development of algorithms for image acquisition and processing, security, and analysis – as well as complete system integration and design verification.
